The School seeks a suitably experienced candidate for the post of Human Resources & Facilities Assistant. You will be responsible for all employee accommodation (moves, landlord lisaon, furnishing, safety and EWA), as well as assisting with the day-to-day function of the HR & Facilities department, providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative service. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and Facilities, the role involves working with all school departments as well as members of School management.
Start Date: To be confirmed and dependent on when schools in Bahrain are able to re-open
Location: Saar Campus
Hours: 07:30-14:30, Sunday-Thursday
Contract Type: Local hire, non term-time only position. Vacation will be to suit workload with a generous leave allowance.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Excellent computer proficiency skills.
- Previous HR and administration experience.
- A proven ability to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent English - both spoken and written.
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to adults and children.
- A can-do attitude.
- A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school
