We are looking for a professional and proactive person to join our team as the PA to the Head of Infant School. The person must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; be warm and welcoming and have the utmost attention to detail. Organisational excellence, efficiency and the highest level of confidentiality are essential skills for this role, plus a kind, calm, friendly nature and a sense of humour!
This post holder will support the Headteacher and the wider Infant community on a daily basis acting as their first point of contact and therefore must emulate our school values of caring, honesty and mutual respect. The successful candidate will adeptly manage correspondence and phone calls from staff, parents and those outside the school, whilst effectively organising the Headteacher’s diary.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of using Google Workspace and be proficient in working on iSAMs school management information system.

Contract Type: Local hire. This position is a full-time one and requires work during the school holidays.
